Food is medicine. Or it can be poison if we choose the "wrong" foods!

Wrong: anything that's not real food.

What to choose most of the time: whole, real, from-the-earth food. Just real food!

 

Ditch the packages, processed stuff, refined sugars, artificial ingredients, preservatives, dyes and coloring, etc.

Of course this is ok sometimes, but choosing a mostly whole foods diet will change the way you feel, inside and out.
