Sure, weight loss can be tough. Not only do we have to consider the physiological aspect of it like your gut health, macro breakdown, blood sugar levels, etc., but weight loss is very much a psychological battle for many of us. There are many variables that can feel like they're working against us:
- Hormones
- Appetite
- Stress
- Lack of sleep
- Social events
- Hidden sugars
- Blood sugar
- Mindless eating
- Work
- Kids
...the list goes on.
But, let's simplify. Boil it down to the basics. Many times it's as easy as remembering the simple things.
Like - Are you moving your body and eating less than you're burning?
And - Are you sleeping enough and drinking enough water?
