Popping in to share six steps to begin your gut healing.
It's never a bad idea for anybody to take some time to put some extra focus on their gut. Being mindful and intentional with what you eat isn't only beneficial for the body, but it feels so good on your mind and soul as well. Nothing beats putting yourself and your health first, at least in my opinion.
Some signs you may need to focus on your gut could include:
- Digestive issues like bloating, gas, stomach pain, acid reflux, constipation, etc
- Sleepiness or mood swings
- Hormone imbalances
- Skin issues like acne, eczema, etc
- Joint pain
- Poor sleep
- Trouble losing weight
- & more
I'm a big believer that the gut is the center of all things health. A healthy gut means a long and healthy life! And if you're experiencing any health issues, there's a good chance that healing your gut will bring your issues to an end.

I'm currently in a gut heal phase myself. I'm in the middle of week two of following this protocol and I feel amazing.
